Responsibilities

Define the problem, propose and create the solution

Play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution

Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building

Help detail the project scope

Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or Richardson, TX or Raleigh NC or Bridgewater, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Experience in Financial services with domain experience like Capital Markets, Banking, Cards & Payments, Risk, Regulatory reporting

Preferred

At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst

Ability to deliver results in a techno-functional role, in an Agile environment

Strong experience in SQL programming

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to translate business data analysis into actionable tasks

Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including customer journey maps, user stories, use cases and test scripts

Analyze user requirements to define business objectives

Strong in object-oriented design principles and functional programming

Facilitate the gathering and elicitation of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners focused around solving organizational challenges

Prioritize user stories and work expected within the Sprints for squad based on urgency, pervasiveness (the greater good) and organizational goals

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Ability to identify risks and issues and propose improvements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
