Responsibilities

Designing and implementing measurement frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including performance reporting and both primary and secondary research
Analyzing large-scale media data sets to uncover actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations to clients
Synthesizing data across multiple channels—such as display, site, search, email, and social—to provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance
Managing regular client communications, including scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests
Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to align on strategies and drive business outcomes

Required

3–5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or a related field
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Strong interest in digital marketing and a curiosity for emerging trends in the digital space
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders at various levels
Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) and/or experience with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Sigma or PowerBI
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to interpret data models (ex. MMM, Propensity to Visit, etc.)

Preferred

Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus—especially for ideation, research, or content generation
