Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule customer pickups and expedited freight shipments
Design, manage and oversee the outbound order special requirements process, including custom labeling, documentation, and vendor systems data entry
Administer the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process, ensuring action tracking and completion
Monitor site processes and coordinate activities as assigned
Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement projects as assigned
Facilitate communication and coordination with internal teams at Dexcom, including Planning, Quality, and Manufacturing
Serve as the site lead for Change Management initiatives
Operate within the Night Shift RDC environment, ensuring strong communication and alignment with cross-shift partners and day-shift leadership
Utilize Oracle EBS to execute, troubleshoot, and support warehouse functions; prior Oracle EBS experience is preferred and strongly valued
Develop your team through coaching, accountability, and daily reinforcement of Dexcom culture, fostering a high-performing and respectful night-shift environment
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of industry experience
Informal management/ team lead experience
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Good working knowledge of inventory operation to include but not limited to cycle counting and transactions review
Experience with Oracle Warehouse Manage Systems to perform and train others to warehouse functions of receiving, inventory management, order picking and shipping
Knowledge of transportation scheduling for both inbound and outbound shipments
You are driven to continuously learn and grow your warehouse and material experiences
You are a clear and concise communicator able to work with multiple functions in the organization
You can partner with cross functional team members to drive deliverables
Preferred
Prior Oracle EBS experience is preferred and strongly valued
Knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma principles
