Confidential company is seeking a Senior Manager in Sales Operations who is a true cradle-to-grave freight broker. The role involves managing both the sales and operational aspects of the business, focusing on revenue growth and customer relationship management.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Prospecting and onboarding new customers through cold outreach and relationship-building

Quoting freight, negotiating rates, and securing capacity

Managing shipments from booking through delivery, including tracking and issue resolution

Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and carriers

Growing and maintaining your own book of business

Leveraging TMS/CRM tools to manage accounts, lanes, and performance

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high service levels and customer retention

Required

Direct freight brokerage experience required (cradle-to-grave)
