Responsibilities
Architect and deploy the systems and workflows required to support Ripple’s rapid growth
Drive the evolution of our Source-to-Pay infrastructure
Partner with cross-functional leadership to align our procurement systems with Ripple’s global scale
Accelerate organizational efficiencies by reducing cycle times and leading the seamless rollout of procurement policies and tools
Harness procurement analytics to provide a clear, real-time view of Ripple’s financial commitments
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud & Excel is required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8+ years in the field of Procurement and Supplier Management, including 4+ years leading teams, preferably in a high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to lead complex stakeholder groups while rigorously optimizing the vendor and technology landscape
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Freshervice, Jira, Zip
Ability to work independently through complex tasks, drive initiatives with cross-functional teams, and present solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance is preferred
Previous experience working within a high-growth SaaS company
Experience with the cross-border payments/ fintech/ crypto/ blockchain industry will be a plus
