Responsibilities

Analyze new tax laws and identify opportunities and risks
Support audits and stay current on tax law changes
Oversee tax return preparation and payments (annual, quarterly, state/local, sales, use, withholding)
Manage transfer pricing documentation
Collaborate with regional teams on international tax matters
Manage inter-company financing and cash movements
Lead tax analysis for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
Communicate tax issues and opportunities to senior leadership
Conduct quantitative analysis to support decision-making
Lead post-merger/acquisition tax integration

Qualification

International tax experienceM&A experienceTax strategy managementCPA certificationAnalytical skillsLeadership skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Taxation
10+ years of broad tax experience, including international
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to travel internationally

Preferred

CPA a plus, not required
M&A experience is a big plus
