They are offering a multi-year internship program designed to give students hands-on experience in both the technical and business sides of the building solutions industry.

Responsibilities

Shadow HVAC and Building Automation technicians

Gain hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems, controls, and energy management solutions

Participate in occasional ride-alongs with sales engineers to understand how technical solutions are presented to clients

Full immersion with the sales team, learning from both inside and outside sales engineers

Opportunities to shadow a Building Automation System (BAS) Programmer and gain exposure to system design, programming, and commissioning

Opportunities to shadow a Project Manager and learn how complex HVAC and automation projects are delivered

Required

Upcoming sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building science, computer science, or another related technical/STEM field

Interest in HVAC, controls, and building automation technologies

Positive, can-do attitude with strong desire to learn

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Critical thinking and problem-solving ability

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
