Responsibilities
Provide extraordinary service and unparalleled communication
Respond to job sites as directed and perform all tasks in accordance with company and industry certified standards
Maintain and create accurate and detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, updates and other documentation, as required for each job, including data entry into systems
Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and obey all safety rules and regulations in order to prevent work hazards
Maintain work truck in a clean and organized fashion; ensuring it is stocked with the equipment and supplies necessary to perform all work required at designated job sites
Assist other departments and technicians as needed
Being the first point of contact onsite
Inspect job sites for quality control, ensuring that all work meets company and industry standards
Assist with training and mentoring new technicians, contributing to team skill
Be available for on call emergency response and be the first on site for water or fire damage calls
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic
Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
Ability to lift heavy objects as required
Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form
Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
Minimum years of experience 3-5 years in restoration
