As the Manager of Digital Brand Media, you will oversee a significant media budget and be responsible for shaping the brand's narrative across various digital channels while leading media strategies and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end paid media programs across:
+ Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
+ Connected TV (CTV), Online Video (OLV)
+ Streaming Audio, Display, and other upper-funnel channels
Set strategy, allocate budgets, and ensure performance aligns with business goals
Guide an external agency team in day-to-day execution
Provide strategic direction and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact
Develop seasonal media plans that align with brand initiatives
Partner with creative teams to produce compelling, on-brand content that drives results
Design and execute testing roadmaps to validate channel performance and incrementality
Continuously refine strategies based on insights and emerging trends
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal partners
Maintain weekly spend and demand projections to inform business decisions
Share best practices and thought leadership on digital media within the organization
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
Qualification
Required
5–7 years in digital media
3+ years in paid social
Expertise in digital media with a passion for its fast-changing nature
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to present findings clearly and draw actionable conclusions
Innovative thinker with a test-and-learn approach
Strategic and responsive, thriving in a dynamic retail environment
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with fresh ideas and a strong work ethic
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, vlookup)
Ability to design statistically sound media test structures
Cultural values: passion, collaboration, accountability, humility
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Retail experience preferred (1–3 years)
Bachelor's degree preferred (marketing, business, advertising, or quantitative field)
