Qualification
Required
Experience in Customer Success or Account Management
Proven ability to grow accounts and reduce churn
Strong sales, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
Data-driven mindset and excellent communication
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
