They are seeking an experienced M&A Broker with expertise in RWI to lead the origination and growth of their Transactional Risk practice, focusing on developing senior-level relationships and shaping insurance solutions for complex transactions.

Responsibilities
Lead origination and growth of the Transactional Risk practice, with a strong focus on sourcing, structuring, and closing new business
Develop and manage senior-level relationships with private equity firms, corporates, law firms, and other key deal influencers
Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the deal lifecycle, shaping insurance solutions that support complex transactions
Provide selective oversight and guidance on execution, partnering with execution and placement teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Contribute to the strategic direction, market positioning, and continued expansion of the transactional risk platform
Qualification
Required
Proven transactional risk specialist with a strong personal network and a track record of consistently generating new revenue
Deep market knowledge across M&A, private equity, and deal-related insurance solutions
Comfortable operating at board and sponsor level
Commercially driven and highly credible with clients
Motivated by building long-term advisory relationships rather than one-off placements
Enjoy working in a leadership role that prioritises origination while still staying close enough to execution to add value when needed
Entrepreneurial in mindset and collaborative in style
