Develops system design, including functional specifications, and implements strategies based on specific operational needs
Analyzes business and user needs, documents business requirements, defines benefits, and estimates costs at an advanced level
Configures application changes according to standards and documents application changes, testing plans, testing results, and project requirements
Performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomes
Optimizes, maintains, and supports applications/systems as required, providing on-call support and troubleshooting complex production issues
