They are seeking a self-driven Sales & Business Development Lead to support and expand the commercial growth of the e Sono Ultrasound Simulator across the U.S. market, managing sales activities and developing relationships with healthcare and academic partners.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, and closing
Drive end-to-end sales activities across the U.S. healthcare and academic sectors
Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions
Identify new commercial opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency programs, hospitals, simulation centers, and health systems
Represent e Sono at conferences, trade shows, and industry events across the U.S
Work with customers to understand their ultrasound training needs and provide tailored e Sono solutions
Ensure a smooth onboarding process and strong account management to drive renewals and expansions
Collect market and customer feedback to support product improvements and roadmap decisions

Required

5+ years of B2B experience in ultrasound simulation sales, medical simulation sales, ultrasound device sales, or ultrasound training
Ability to independently drive deals from start to finish—prospecting, delivering demonstrations, providing training, and closing agreements
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong network with potential customers and familiarity with the U.S. healthcare ultrasound education & training markets (strong advantage)
Clinical knowledge in ultrasound (advantage)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
