Responsibilities

Design and program BAS solutions using various protocols

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime

Conduct system testing and commissioning to verify functionality

Develop and maintain documentation for programming and system configurations

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand system requirements

Provide training and support to end-users and technicians

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in building automation technology

Any other duties as the Director of Operations sees fit

Qualification

Building Automation SystemsHVAC EngineeringElectrical EngineeringEnergy ManagementSystems DiagnosticsProject ManagementCustomer ServiceMS Office SuiteSelf-Motivated

Required

BS in Engineering or equivalent of at least 5 + years' experience in Building Automation- HVAC and Lighting Control methodologies and design

Working hours' flexible as needed

Strong Customer Service skills

Self-Motivated, ability to work alone on projects with minimal supervision

Manage multiple projects concurrently

In-depth understanding and 'hands on' experience with any or all the following systems - HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning and/or chillers

3 to 5 years' experience in energy management, building commissioning and/or systems diagnostics/ troubleshooting

Proficient with MS Office Suite

Must be able to lift / carry up to 50 lbs
