Responsibilities

Perform on-site investigations to assess construction, design, and material failures
Analyse structural performance and determine cause, origin, and extent of damage
Review drawings, specifications, and historical data to support findings
Prepare clear written and verbal reports outlining conclusions and recommended remediation
Manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary experts
Provide technical support and expert insight during claims or legal proceedings

Required

B.S. or higher in Civil Engineering

Must be comfortable with field inspections, roof access, and confined spaces
