Work directly with senior partners, not get buried under layers
Handle institutional commercial real estate matters
Join a Chambers-recognized practice
Build a real pathway toward partnership
Work with international, corporate and financial clients
Do sophisticated work without Big Law bureaucracy or billing-pressure culture
Qualification
Required
3–5 years PQE
Commercial real estate transactions + real estate finance (core work)
Big Law training – AmLaw 100 or strong regional equivalent
JD from Top 10–14 (Top 20 considered for standout candidates)
Proven drafting and transaction experience
Preferred
Law review, top-of-class academics, or moot court
Experience leading components of deals with autonomy
Specific lending/finance background
