Senior Business Analyst – Public Sector (DoD)
INVOKE Public Sector is a consulting firm focused on mission-driven transformation through Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformation. The Senior Business Analyst acts as a liaison between government stakeholders and technical teams, primarily focusing on DoD audit readiness and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for DoD-focused automation initiatives
Translate complex business processes into clear, auditable functional requirements and user stories
Support RPA, Digital Underwriting, and SAP ERP efforts with strong process mapping (as-is / to-be)
Lead process discovery and fit-gap assessments to define business value and implementation priorities
Define success metrics, controls, and documentation required for audit and sustainment
Support stakeholder workshops, working sessions, and remote collaboration across distributed teams
Contribute to reusable standards, templates, and best practices for automation delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or process transformation roles
Demonstrated experience supporting DoD or federal audit-driven programs
Hands-on experience with RPA initiatives and familiarity with SAP ERP environments
Strong understanding of compliance, controls, and documentation requirements
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Preferred
UiPath Automation Business Analyst Certification
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Agile or SAFe Certification
