Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the client and internal technical teams to resolve after-sales technical issues in a timely and effective manner
Provide professional training to client operators and maintenance personnel to ensure they can independently and efficiently operate the products
Maintain detailed records of each service activity and generate standardized service reports in accordance with local language norms and industry standards
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering-related field
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written); must be capable of conducting technical communication and producing technical documentation in both languages
1–3 years of experience in technical support or field service in a related industry. Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered
Must be willing to be stationed long-term at the client site
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a diligent, detail-oriented work ethic are essential
