Qualification
Required
Licensed attorney
Ability to prepare, sign, and file bankruptcy petitions
Ability to meet with clients and complete paperwork with attention to detail
Ability to make court appearances
Ability to prepare, sign, and submit mortgage modification to mortgage companies or their attorneys
Ability to appear in Foreclosure Court and Bankruptcy Court
Understanding of how to prepare a budget
Understanding of the basics of bankruptcy law
Understanding of the basics of foreclosure law
Strong communication skills

Preferred
