Ensure the proper application of the STLA globally harmonized integration methodology transversally and synergically within the different product programs, coordinating the activity of regional Product Release Centers
Coordinate activities with cross functional teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, Computer Science from an ABET accredited school or equivalent
5 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive system design / integration
Mechanical drawings and ASME dimensioning knowledge
knowledge on Teamcenter & NX or PLM CATIA system, drawing stack up management
Knowledge and usage of design procedures/norms: Key characteristics classification, APQP/CTF, best practices, requirements to Suppliers and STLA procedures/norms repository
Knowledge in product engineering design and development, with emphasis on systems and product development
Coordinate activities with cross functional teams
Preferred
Advanced degree in with emphasis in electrical power conversion, electromechanical energy conversion, power electronics, and electrical machines
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive system design / integration of electric drive systems
Great knowledge of electrification technology, functionality and features on the system level
Team management, synthesis ability, risk assessment technique, scheduling optimization
Knowledge on Stellantis assembly plant operations and overall development process
High voltage training and experience is desirable
