Responsibilities

Establish the supply plan to position materials to address different demand scenarios while meeting the financial objectives of the business
Develop and justify inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility
Partner with cross-functional teams to procure materials and ensure availability to fulfill customer needs
Drive cross-functional projects to implement new capabilities and improve existing ones across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in supply chain planning, materials management, and inventory management

Preferred

Master's degree or MBA with a focus on Supply Chain Management
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in materials management process improvements
Experience in interacting with various technical and non-technical groups, spanning at all organizational levels
Experience in SQL and scripting
Excellent problem-solving skills
