Responsibilities

Coordinate with Global Shared Service teams to ensure that all required period reporting deliverables are delivered, providing guidance where necessary, and compile summary of Division results for Control and planning teams

Consolidate the market level balance submission and prepare PH Division’s quarterly balance sheet reporting that is used for Yum Brand’s quarterly SEC reporting. Review submission and follow up with market teams on questions and issues

Assist in the preparation of key quarterly deliverables such as unit counts and accounts receivable schedules that are included in the PH Division and YUM Brands CFO Close Decks

Prepare, review and record consolidation related journal entries for the PH division. Ensure that such entries are pushed down to the markets in subsequent quarters

Executes period close and reporting activities for PH International HQ. Identify and resolve any accounting or other issues identified during close processes

Reconcile and/or approve reconciliation of multiple Balance Sheet Accounts

Analyze and reconcile PH HQ relocation and severance and monitor capital expenditure requests as provided by PH departments. Monitor fixed and intangible assets to ensure proper reporting

Ensure JD Edwards data is loaded accurately into HFM including validation and reconciliation of data

Prepare and submit period and quarterly reporting schedules and roll forwards in HFM for PH HQ

Ad hoc special projects or additional responsibilities as assigned
