Responsibilities

Client strategy & retention – Own 6‑10 key accounts; set quarterly OKRs; run QBRs tied to pipeline

Technical & content leadership – Lead audits, migrations, redesigns, content gap analyses, and authority building

AI & SERP innovation – Deploy tactics for AI Overviews, YouTube search, Reddit answer boxes, and whatever else might be relevant

Cross‑functional enablement – Inject SEO insights into Paid Media, CRO, and creative roadmaps

Tool‑stack excellence – Master Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer, ClickFlow, and any AI copilots you introduce

Reporting & analytics – Weekly KPI Looms; monthly retention & CSAT dashboards for SEO Leader & COO

Technical chops (indexation, CWV, structured data, log‑file analysis) & content expertise

Expert in Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer, GA4, GSC

Comfortable prompt‑engineering and leveraging AI for research, outlines, internal linking, QA

Clear communicator who simplifies complexity for C‑level and mentors junior talent
