Responsibilities

Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, social channels, and alternative sourcing methods

Build and maintain strong top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles (engineering, product, and design)

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team needs

Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect our brand, values, and tone

Conduct initial screens to assess candidate fit and interest

Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS; track pipeline metrics and share insights with stakeholders

Execute talent market research to identify trends, competitive intel, and opportunities to diversify talent pools.Support ongoing improvements to sourcing strategy, tools, and processes

Represent the company professionally and thoughtfully in all candidate interactions
