Responsibilities
Create or assist in the creation of multiple project plans and schedules
Manage all incoming project requests
Work closely with the Director of Marketing to help coordinate marketing campaigns and the needed creative assets
Monitor the daily progress of projects
Be proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring projects are sent for proof, released and approved on time
Provide detailed updates to clients, team members or other stakeholders
Ensure team members have the correct information they need to complete their assigned tasks on time
Work efficiently through high volumes while meeting tight deadlines
Take appropriate action if a deadline is not being met
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in Related Field
