Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities
Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis
Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health
Develops human resources policies and procedures
Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures
Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources
Qualification
Required
Previous Human Resources management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
Preferred
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
