Category Sourcing Analyst - IT & Digital
GE HealthCare is a leading company in the healthcare sector, and they are seeking a Category Sourcing Analyst to support their IT & Digital Sourcing team. This role involves analyzing sourcing KPIs, monitoring market trends, and ensuring supplier performance to drive cost optimization and improve supply chain outcomes.

Responsibilities
Analyze and report on data to identify suppliers trends and cost optimization opportunities
Leading spend categorization efforts and correct taxonomy classifications
Create Contract Renewal tracker to ensure timely contract renewals
Monitor and assess supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance metrics in coordination with our KPIs
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide sourcing decisions
Implement dashboard to track and monitor sourcing KPI’s
Support supplier transitions, audits, and performance evaluations
Monitor and report on category performance metrics and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality systems, and legal requirements
Support global and regional sourcing initiatives and projects
Provide support for Request for Proposals (RFPs)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
Preferred
Expertise in Software Sourcing
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience with process improvement methodologies
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
