Responsibilities
Join the Research and Impact team and contribute to a new strategy focused on learning and development
Analyze and present data from various sources to develop and test hypotheses and generate insights
Support the organization in shaping and informing decisions or driving change based on research findings
Work collaboratively and flexibly in a changing environment, managing multiple projects and priorities
Qualification
Required
Commitment to and excitement by the potential for research and insight to strengthen impact for children and families
Experience of data led problem solving
Ability to analyse and present data from a range of sources to develop and test hypotheses
Ability to generate insights and help others apply these to shape and inform decisions or drive change
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent visual communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a changing environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
One or two years' relevant experience outside academia
