VelaFi is a fast-growing fintech/payments company seeking a hands-on FP&A professional to support their NetSuite ERP implementation and audit preparation phase. The role involves owning financial data readiness, transitioning into forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis as the company grows.

Responsibilities

Act as finance data owner during NetSuite implementation; work closely with US-based consultants
Define and validate financial data logic (revenue, TPV vs revenue, costs, FX, entities)
Lead historical data cleanup, mapping, and UAT validation
Deliver first version of management P&L and cash reporting, even before systems are fully stabilized
Build and maintain monthly forecasts, budgets, and rolling models
Create KPIs by product, corridor, and cost center
Perform variance analysis, scenario modeling, and unit economics analysis
Support CFO with audit readiness and investor-facing analysis

Required

3+ years in FP&A, finance systems, or strategic finance
Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred)
Strong Excel / Sheets modeling skills
Comfortable working with imperfect data and tight timelines
Fluent English; Mandarin a plus
Fintech / payments / SaaS experience is a plus
