Responsibilities
Manage a substantial volume of requisitions, while also maintaining a high bar for client and candidate experience
Deeply understand the requirements of the business and create sustainable talent pipelines to match hiring needs
Partner with full-time recruiters to ensure a cohesive conversion process for high performing interns
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
Create excellent onboarding and interview experience for new candidates
Ideate and execute campus recruiting strategies across North America
Qualification
Required
2+ years of technical recruiting experience (engineering, software, hardware)
History of managing high-volume pipelines without compromising quality
Bias for action and ability to multi-task utilizing strong-organizational skills
Experience sourcing and interviewing candidates through multiple channels
Ability to travel across North America and if needed to international campus events and locations
Preferred
Previous experience hiring for internship or early career engineering talent
