New Grad, Entry LevelCBC Real Estate, through the Durham Bulls, is seeking production focused individuals to join their game operations team. The role involves supporting in-park game production to create an engaging experience during Minor League Baseball games.

Responsibilities
Operate control room systems, including Xpressions, ROSS Carbonite Switch Board, 3PLAY replay, Music Operations, and PVP
Follow game-day scripts and director cues to execute seamless game day show operation
Work closely with the Director, Producers, and other production team members to ensure cohesive execution of the game-day show
Communicate clearly and promptly to address real-time changes, technical issues, or last-minute updates
Assist with pre-game setup, testing, and troubleshooting of production equipment (graphics systems, switchers, replay devices, scoreboard components)
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Graphics: Ross Xpression or similar live graphics systems
Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Switching: NewTek Tricaster, Ross Carbonite, or comparable video switchers
Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Replay: NewTek 3Play, EVS, or related replay technology
Understanding of live sports production workflows and timing
Basic knowledge of baseball rules, terminology, and game flow
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurately under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow direction and adapt quickly in a fast-paced live environment
Focus and composure during high-energy, noisy events
Must be available for at least half of Durham Bulls home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work extended hours for setup, live events, and post-game breakdown
Preferred
Experience in live sports or event production, preferably in baseball or a related field
