Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for multiple healthcare construction projects
Supervise and mentor project superintendents and field staff
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and healthcare-specific requirements
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
Implement infection control and other healthcare compliance measures during construction

Required

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Familiarity with Miami healthcare market and AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) requirements

Preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
