Innovative Renal Care is one of the largest dialysis service providers in the U.S., and they are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-market network of outpatient dialysis clinics. This role is responsible for operational performance, compliance, team development, and strategic growth across dialysis programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across 18 dialysis clinics in Tampa Bay and Northeast Florida

Lead, coach, and support Clinic Managers and Program Directors across in-center and home dialysis settings

Provide operational leadership across clinics multiple dialysis modalities, ensuring consistency, quality, and regulatory readiness

Build strong partnerships with nephrologists, Medical Directors, hospital systems, and referral sources

Own, monitor and improve KPIs, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, and patient satisfaction

Manage regional P&L, develop budgets, and implement performance improvement plans

Collaborate closely with Medical Directors to ensure clinical alignment and care quality

Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams to drive engagement and results

Ensure full compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations
