Responsibilities
Manage a Strategic Events lead by setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing professional development opportunities
Own the national events strategy for both third-party and hosted events to ensure alignment with the broader go-to-market strategy
Rigorously track progress using Tableau and Salesforce to provide leadership with updates on pipeline creation, deal progression, and ACV attainment
Oversee end-to-end logistics for national conferences, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budget management, and on-site coordination
Establish measurable KPIs for every program and iterate on processes to create successful, repeatable, and scalable event models
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience managing third-party conferences and proprietary hosted events within the B2B technology industry
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage direct reports and execute event strategies that deliver measurable business results
Proficiency in data reporting and analysis using Tableau and Salesforce
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Flexibility and willingness to travel as required for event management and on-site coordination
Preferred
Direct experience managing strategic events and conferences within the cybersecurity industry
Technical proficiency with event management platforms such as Cvent or Splash
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
