Responsibilities

Ensuring on time delivery of ground equipment to Kuiper global sites and major sub-assemblies to the supplier production facility
Working with the sourcing manager and tier 1 supplier to identify and resolve sub-tier supply constraints
Working with the sourcing manager to develop supplier performance metrics to track day-to-day supply chain operations
Collaborating with engineers to gain an in-depth knowledge of ground systems development, including emergent demand
Communicating and managing Kuiper delivery requirements
Proactively support sourcing managers and internal stakeholders to ensure supplier capacity plan actively matches demand plan
Capturing non-ERP based demand and flowing through the ERP system
Developing tier 1 and tier 2 supply planning mechanisms that do not rely on ERP system
Managing supply chain reporting (production, clear to build) implementation and usage to develop the right metrics to ensure supply availability

Required

2+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience
6+ years of related industry experience
8+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
8+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company
Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction
Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners
Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent)
