Responsibilities
Immediately welcomes all guests using first/last name as appropriate
Seats guests in a timely manner and provides essential information regarding the outlet
Will possess knowledge of all menu offerings, including all specials and/or promotions
Sincerely thanks all guests and provides a warm farewell upon exit from outlet/area
Has the ability to oversee communication with service staff regarding any guests’ needs
Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s, and encourages others to do the same
Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
Completes all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous restaurant hosting experience is required, preferably in a steakhouse or fine dining setting
Neat and clean appearance
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
cash handling experience is preferred
