Responsibilities
Expert in Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud functionality, ability to guide solutioning team and act a bridge between stakeholders and OLC team
Prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM – solutioning and proven experience leading full OLC implementations from start to finish
Excellent client-facing communication (verbal/written) to build trust, set expectations, and articulate product details to non-technical US stakeholders
Proactive issue identification, risk mitigation, and clear status reporting
Proven success in bridging gaps and coordinating seamlessly between US stakeholders and offshore (India) team
Ability to understand the process steps leading to successful go-live and prior experience in mitigating resistance from stakeholders through collaboration

Required
Expert in Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud functionality, ability to guide solutioning team and act a bridge between stakeholders and OLC team
Prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM – solutioning and proven experience leading full OLC implementations from start to finish
Deep OLC Knowledge: Expert in Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud functionality, ability to guide solutioning team and act a bridge between stakeholders and OLC team
Oracle HCM Fusion knowledge: Prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM – solutioning
Proven experience leading full OLC implementations from start to finish
