Senior Proposal Manager
Cydecor, Inc. is a premier Federal Government solutions provider focused on delivering innovative mission systems and business platforms. They are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to manage the development of technical proposal responses for federal RFPs, influencing growth-focused goals for the company.
Responsibilities
Manage the process of developing technical proposal response documentation in support of multiple and concurrent federal Request for Proposals (RFP’s)
Drive the proposal process through the Color Review cycle to create winning proposals in pursuit of federal solicitations
Gather, translate and organize technical data sets into a digestible, readable narrative for the layman
Must be able to thrive in a pressurized, hyper-deadline driven environment
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality documentation on time
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
Proficient with producing professional work products using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
Conceptualize, write, edit, and review proposal response documentation such as Volumes, Management/Staffing/Transition Plans
Maintain compliance with technical requirements solicited by the government
Engage with and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project/Program Managers (PMs), Contracts & Pricing departments to develop proposals
Ensure documentation adheres to established style guides, standards, and templates, and maintain a consistent writing style (one voice) across various volumes/materials
Qualification
Required
BS/BA from an accredited University
Between 7-10+ years' experience successfully performing as a Proposal Manager, Proposal Coordinator and/or Technical Writer responding to federal RFPs
Prior experience managing others required
Must be able to thrive in a pressurized, hyper-deadline driven environment

Preferred
Experience responding to RFPs in support of the DoD/IC is preferred
BA in English or History is preferred
