Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive HR support across all business units with issues related to associate relations, including but not limited to, performance improvement, leave of absence management, accommodations, conflict resolution, and internal investigations
Consult on issues related to company policies, procedures and employment law (EEOC, ADA, FLMA, PWFA, etc.)
Document all case types to ensure enterprise support model
Support the ADA interactive process by handling associate accommodation requests and leave accommodation
Ensure that all associate matters are handled with consistency, fairness and in alignment with Core Values
Qualification
Required
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Skilled, experienced HR Practitioner who can assist with case work in the areas of performance improvement, leave of absence management, accommodations, conflict resolution, and internal investigations
Strong knowledge of employment law (EEOC, ADA/FMLA/PWFA) and ability to identify how these laws apply to the cases assigned
Flexible in both style and reprioritization of work
5+ years of human resources experience with a focus on associate relations
Ability to flex their style and adapt their expertise to reflect the company culture
Preferred
PWFA AND ADA Interactive process experience
