Responsibilities

Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across Aledade’s value based care portfolio; Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability for all health plan payer contracts across MSSP, Commercial, Medicare Advantage, or Medicaid, providing the SVP-Market Performance with a synthesized vision of where targeted interventions may be necessary within different markets

Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams specifically relating to MSSP

Develop strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and partner with subject matter experts to learn and support market workflows for addressing performance measures; conduct assessments determining opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs, drive quality performance improvement, and improve value-based care performance tools through new and innovative methods for measuring and tracking performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields

1+ year(s) of relevant work and/or internship experience

Experience in using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool; comfortable with basic formulas and creating pivot tables

Exemplary communication skills both written and verbal

Commitment to Aledade's mission of serving primary care providers, their patients and society

Preferred

Experience using Tableau or other data management software

Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy

Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity, prioritization, blockers, and other points to drive assigned tasks forward
