Join our Compensation & Benefits practice as a summer associate
Work with clients on employee benefits issues raised by mergers and acquisitions, workforce reductions, and equity incentive programs
Assist in the design, drafting, and implementation of compensation plans
Provide counsel regarding tax-qualified retirement programs and health & welfare plans
