Responsibilities
Own day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot CRM, including properties, pipelines, workflows, and reporting
Ensure CRM data accuracy and integrity to support efficient sales and deal management
Support, train, and respond to user requests for CRM improvements and updates
Manage facility-level subscription changes and ensure accurate billing and usage tracking
Review and audit subscription data regularly to ensure customer accounts remain current
Partner with internal teams to improve subscription processes as the business scales
Design, document, and improve workflows across CRM and subscription management
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce operational friction
Maintain clear documentation for recurring processes and system changes
Work closely with US-based sales and operations teams to support live deal management and ongoing initiatives
Communicate clearly around status updates, issues, and recommended process improvements
Participate in real-time collaboration during overlapping US business hours
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to learn new systems quickly and solve problems independently
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Takes ownership of complex, cross-functional processes
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems
Enjoys collaborating with globally distributed teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience administering CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based business models
