Responsibilities
Manage purchase orders (POs) end-to-end, including creation, issuance, and tracking
Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Resolve issues with missing, delayed, or damaged goods
Assist in setting up new suppliers across systems and provide coordination/training as needed
Track invoices to ensure completion by suppliers and internal teams
Support supplier qualification activities and maintain supplier documentation
Build and maintain supplier databases and inventory tracking systems
Support execution of enhancements and launches for both hardware and software components
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure material and component availability aligns with production needs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain function
Track supplier performance metrics and assist with scorecards or quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Collect, organize, and maintain relevant data (e.g., part drawings, revisions, procurement history)
Provide insights and reports to support procurement and supply chain decisions
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, manufacturing, or other relevant field
3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment
Strong understanding of procurement processes, material flow, supplier lead times, and production impact
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency. Catches errors early and maintains high standards of precision
Proactive and independent - able to anticipate needs and drive tasks forward with minimal supervision
Analytical thinker - able to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and with suppliers
Skilled at analyzing data from multiple angles - creating dashboards, reports, or scenarios that highlight different insights for decision-making
You have a strategic orientation. Deep thinker who questions assumptions, challenges unclear inputs, and ensures output aligns with business context and goals
Resilient and resourceful - able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment
Preferred
An MBA or a Master's degree in supply chain is a plus
