Translate designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces
Optimize front-end for performance
Work with people who care deeply about quality code
Make fundamental architectural decisions
Learn new things and mentor others
Qualification
Required
Have 6+ years of development experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
Expert knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS
Experience working with Typescript
Experience with modern JS libraries and frameworks (React)
Empathy
Solid communication and responsiveness skills
A drive for exploration, quick learning, and attention to detail
Practical knowledge of testing, continuous delivery, and version control systems
Ability to work autonomously and finding a way out of being stuck
Preferred
Experience with telecom, communication, or messaging platforms
Exposure to early-stage startups or high-growth companies, with a passion for driving results in these environments
