Senior HR Consultant / HR Director
Missionwell is a nonprofit organization that partners exclusively with nonprofits, schools, and faith-based organizations to provide expert HR, finance, and administrative support. They are seeking a Senior HR Consultant / HR Director to lead strategic HR delivery for key clients and guide Missionwell’s internal HR function.

Responsibilities
Lead HR implementation for a major client, building foundational systems, policies, and workflows
Expand into a multi-client consulting portfolio following successful initial delivery
Serve as Missionwell’s internal HR Director
Report directly to the President and join the Senior Leadership Team
Partner with Payroll and Benefits team in highly collaborative environment
Implement and oversee HR operations including; HR Administration & Compliance, Employee Relations, Workforce Operations, People & Organizational Operations
Advise executives, boards, and leadership teams on HR strategy and risk mitigation
Deliver leadership coaching, HR assessments, training, and investigations
Manage client relationships, service delivery, and annual HR planning
Partner with Finance on insurance, payroll, labor allocations, and budgeting
Lead Missionwell’s internal HR strategy, culture initiatives, and recruiting
Qualification
Required
Senior-level HR leadership experience (Director or Consultant level)
Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, HRIS, and risk management
Experience working with nonprofits and/or faith-based organizations
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a consultative environment
High integrity, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills
