Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments and job/task analyses to identify training requirements
Design and develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning courses
Translate complex technical information into accessible training content for diverse audiences
Manage client expectations and provide regular project status updates
Facilitate focus groups and train-the-trainer sessions
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with training objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, business, or related field
At least five years of experience in designing and developing technical course materials
Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and eLearning software like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
