They are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide clinical support to clients throughout their recovery journey at their new facility in Concord, MA.

Responsibilities
Conduct history and physical examinations, review lab results, monitor blood levels, manage sick calls, and prepare discharge plans (including physician orders and prescriptions when prescriptive authority is held)
Provide medical support and resources for adult residential and detox services
Coordinate care with primary care providers and psychiatrists as appropriate, in collaboration with the nursing team
Partner with nursing staff to ensure medications are cost-effective upon discharge and assist with prior authorization requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Massachusetts
