Senior Accounting Manager - Treasury Accounting

Responsibilities
Lead a team of accountants responsible for AP, AR, bank reconciliations and payment processing, providing, guidance, mentorship and support as needed to ensure their success
Oversee technical accounting and reporting requirements related to treasury accounting functions, specifically cash, ap, and intercompany
Partner with stakeholders to create effective and efficient processes, optimize systems, including enhancing Kyriba for cash management and forecasting and our Blackline reconciliation tool
Develop automation opportunities and oversee solution management, including matching for AP in Blackline
Manage audit and SOX workflows, including being the external auditor liaison
Direct and maintain the relationship with AP/AR and cash stakeholders
Apply advanced accounting concepts, theories and principals to develop solutions to problems. Adhering to GAAP and company policies and procedures and other regulations in the performance of duties
Set department and staff goals based on overall department or company goals
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience related to the oversight of processing and recording accounts payable and receivable transactions
5+ years' experience leading a team, preferably in Treasury
Confident communicator with the level of maturity and presence necessary to influence senior executives and business leaders
Thrives on driving innovation and change that will propel the business forward
Consistently practices strategic thinking and nimble problem-solving tactics to stay ahead of business priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, but not a requirement)
