Lead Financial Analyst

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted business partner to the Global Contract Manufacturing Team and Souring department. Provide data driven insights that help the team drive performance and enable achievement of company strategic objectives
Prepare and develop financial reports (MMR, etc.) for Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM), Sourcing, and support to Supply Chain Leadership
Analyze expenses, providing consolidated explanations and insights for leadership
Lead monthly review meetings with GCM and coordinate with Sourcing team to ensure accurate analysis and reporting
Conduct financial analysis and inquiry in partnership with the management team to interpret data, provide leadership and guidance in support of decision making that assist in meeting financial goals/targets
Lead Strat Plan, Rolling Forecasting, and Annual Plan Processes for GCM and Sourcing
Prepare the Strategic Plan, Rolling Forecast, and Annual Plan financial requirements and presentations and present to senior management for GCM and Sourcing
Complete internal/external audit requests
Create and support new cost centers and BPC mapping
Support the development of the Profit in Inventory percentages and inventory reserve calculation
Headcount tracking and reporting
Support internal financial consistency efforts and financial systems implementations
Drive/Support process improvement initiatives
Quarterly and yearly royalties reporting
Complete LIFO and Standards Change calculations
Complete monthly profit elimination calculations and analysis
Complete month-end journal entries
Complete balance sheet reconciliations
Work closely with Cost Savings team to ensure accurate and consistent reporting and alignment with DCs and Sourcing (ECN approval)
Review GCM to ensure accurate posting and financials
Qualification
Required
6-12 years overall experience
Experience with financial analysis, accounting and/or cost accounting
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong communication skills (oral & written)
Strong financial analysis skills
Ability to interpret financial data
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands
Attention to detail and accuracy
High-level of proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, and/or CPA certification
Cost Accounting Experience
Experience with SAP
Experience with BPC
Experience with Power BI/Power Query
