Responsibilities

Gather and analyze software requirement (information) from students, staff, faculty, and other users of the IRB Software to understand IRB software issues and implement effective solutions
Apply various software development technologies to improve the efficiency and productivity of IRB Software analysis, design, implementation, and deployment
Plan, coordinate, initiate, manage, and evaluate IRB Software project deliverables, deadlines, and activities
Support the design, analysis, development, testing, and UX research and design of Gannon’s IRB software

Required

Excellent knowledge and skill in Programming Languages: C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, Node JS, React Native, Bootstrap
Excellent knowledge and skill in Frameworks: ASP .net, Micro service architecture, docker, MVC Architecture, Visual Studio, AI integration
Excellent knowledge and skill in Database: Microsoft SQL Server
Excellent knowledge and skill in Deployment: AWS, and Microsoft IIS
Excellent knowledge and skill in User Experience: UXR methodologies, usability testing, cognitive walk-through, Figma, Miro, etc
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working with mission-critical and enterprise-wide software in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience and knowledge of IRB

Preferred

Demonstrate understanding of IRB processes
Previous work experience in IRB Software Development

Benefits

Tuition remission will be $3600 for the Spring 2025 semester
